1. Service Description

Moosa Tech / Fan Al Ikhtyar Used Electronics is a wholesale used laptop and electronics exporter based in Office E1-118 H - Free Zone - Ajman - United Arab Emirates. We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to:

• Send product updates, stock availability, and pricing offers to registered wholesale buyers
• Receive and respond to inbound trade inquiries
• Manage B2B dealer relationships across Africa, Asia, and international markets

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for registered business entities, wholesale dealers, distributors, and B2B buyers only. By engaging with our platform, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a legitimate business entity.

3. Consent to WhatsApp Communications

By providing your WhatsApp phone number to Moosa Tech through any channel (website, in-person, email, or other), you consent to receiving WhatsApp messages from us including product information, price lists, stock alerts, and business updates. All messages are sent via Meta's approved WhatsApp Business Platform using pre-approved message templates.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. We will honor all opt-out requests immediately and remove your number from future communications.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse our communication channels for spam or fraudulent purposes
• Impersonate another business or individual when communicating with us
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All product information, pricing, catalog content, and business materials shared through our platform are the property of Moosa Tech and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Moosa Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our WhatsApp communication services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our messaging services at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued engagement with our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Office E1-118 H - Free Zone - Ajman - United Arab Emirates.
